Baroul Alba a fost invitat să participe în calitate de partener la ABA Section of International Law – 2016 Europe Forum, care va avea loc la Roma în perioada 29-31 mai 2016.

The ABA Section of International Law invites the Alba County Bar Association to attend the 2016 Europe Forum. This interactive conference will address recent developments in Europe and the United States relevant to practitioners. The program will focus on legal issues that are unique to cross-border deals and disputes. There will also be ample networking opportunities in historical venues.

It is important for international and regional lawyers in different settings (law firms, corporations, government, academia, NGOs) to cultivate professional understanding and discourse on the legal framework of, and issues relevant to, the region.

This Forum will present ten panels with distinguished speakers, who will discuss issues of importance to the European region, including:
